Minnie23 nestled among trees looks over the headland to the ocean. Listen to the waves, watch it sparkle. A small house with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a seperate nook with bunks. The open plan makes for easy living. Indoor bathroom plus a rustic shower & bath outside for a private star filled experience. The house is well set up, no wifi but hey it’s an escape from it all

Welcome to Minnie23. Minnie Water is a place to relax, enjoy , rest, enjoy nature, the beach. Minmie Water is surrounded by National Park making it a pristine environment. The community is small and friendly. Birdlife abounds, all sorts of wildlife visits the house. Whales swim by the headland. It’s a spot to swim, fish, surf, walk .....

Exceeding Your Expectations
Our local manager can answer any questions, provide tourist advice, shop prearrival, prepare some meals in advance & give local knowledge for free. Minnie has a small shop for fish & chips, burgers, coffee & cake and supplies. Wooli has a pub, bowlo meals, great coffee shop and the famous oyster supply outlet sells fresh fish and fish & chips.
